Sauna or hamam and then sea?
31 Aug 2013, 20:53
Does it make any sense? To get in the sauna or the hamam (Turkish Bath) and then run in the sea?
And which one shall I prefer, sauna or bath? :?:
Both! And the sea as well!

Oh and not forgetting the daily cold shower
That's what they do in Sweden, though they usually roll about in the snow before the sea and after the sauna LOL. Question is will the sea be cooler than the sauna?
Well, I'm guessing that the sea will be +/-22C and the sauna should be above 40C, right?

No snow though and no cold shower, just a quick cool rinse. :-)
