Did I get it wrong?.......AGAIN?......I blame his mother!!!!!!

You both look beautiful and fabulous but we all knew that anyway, SO jealous of you meeting up, would loved to have been there. Glad you both had such a fabulous day, and thanks for the lovely quiz even if I am no good at these things. Still not sure whose things were whose, doh!

I'm thinking of doing a world tour. @betsysgr8 and @lovemyparrot next up and then possibly the southern hemisphere
Just you wait til Fatdog and I do our world tour of Edinburgh in April, you will all be gagging to be included..............you will all be welcome. Glad you had a lovely time and look forward to your adventures across the pond

Only if we are allowed to go whiskey tasting...... :victory: Its only an hour and a half on the train from me.....

...and I'm the one with the black bag. It's heavy mind!
Karen, I hate trying to teach my granny to suck eggs BUT, Edinburgh is MUCH more than an hour and a half from California, even by plane never mind by train!,,,.........
Hee hee.

Clearly I'm in denial. In my defence - I will be home every 8 weeks. I adore Edinburgh. Can we go on the dungeon tour and go ghost hunting? I have never done it.
I guess Tasmania isn't half way between California and the UK is it?! Foodie tour of Tas would be just the thing! Another time!

... I think you may have an extra one, if not two, of us trundling up to Edinburgh @Ballerina - I'm sure Karen can fix it to attend on one of her flying visits back to Blighty     and I will be coming along to keep you especially with-the-programme, supervise chocolate buying and prosecco drinking, and if you don't behave there may be another quiz, not to mention a reading list ...
I forgot to ask you @silverdarling, what is the January book choice? I have a along flight ahead and need to know!
OK - Harvey Nicks, afternoon tea at Jenners, drinks at the Oxford Bar, ghost walk and dungeon tour, lots of wee drams ... any other suggestions??

PS Karen - it's The Rosie Project, with The Luminaries as another choice (it's very good apparently, but might take longer than a month at c800 pages ...)

@rawkaren @Debs sounds like there is a down under plan in there, but I have to say @Ballerina @FatDog Edinburgh meetup what an entrancing though as well. Oh stop making me green all the way down here
