Think I've worked out which name belongs to which person but I ain't telling!
I didn't catch this until today and want to say....what wonderful pictures, don't you all look marvellous! Thank you for posting them and I am so glad you had a great day together. :victory:
At last I'm here, in a holiday house and the wifi is so slow it has taken me an hour to read the five pages. We did have a lovely day well worth the 7hours I spent on the bus. It was lovely to put names to the faces with the added bonus of a lovely meal and a glass of Rioja. To see us all no one would believe it was a slimming club. If we are not all maintaining we should be. Here's to the next meeting in Glasgow. :like:
Hi @Auriga, what a lovely photograph, you've finally come out from your little hiding place and don't you look lovely. We are home now, what a long day but it was worth it, loved meeting up with everyone yesterday, what a fab bunch of ladies. Thank you all and much love to you everyone,

Ballerina x
Mmm love all the flattering comments!

However I hope nobody is put off the idea of a meet because they think they need to "succeed" before they can show up.

We love meeting everyone who is fasting (and their sister  ) whether they are maintaining, gaining, plateau-ing, losing at a rate of knots; 3lbs or 5 stones off target.

Who knows, maybe one day we'll have to hire a hall!
Thats a lovely comment @barbarita and as someone still far from slim,i appreciate it x
Nearly everyone on our forum seems to be slim or so close to being slim, that it can be daunting for those of us still with a long way to go..so altho i know all our chums here are so very supportive, i am reassured by yr words specially as lately it feels like theres only a handful of us who arent at target or almost there! x

Ps @Izzy just seen yr comment and i can relate! X
Photos taken by OH of me playing with visiting three year old grandson this weekend shows me looking like a badly made bed - a double bed at that. A dose of reality there!

Oh No @CandiceMarie
As barbarita says, no one on here is judged by their weight, approach to their diet, progress or lack of so I sincerely hope you never feel in a minority. We are all on the same journey ultimately, it's just that some of us have reached our destination, some are still travelling and some are taking a breather! X
I also feel that no one would ever be judged and I'm sure I speak for everyone on this forum, I really can't imagine that anyone would be less than friendly, encouraging and very, very supportive.

@ballerina and@callyanna Bal & Cal! no no no! I never ever feel judged on here.
Totes totes agree bout all the lovely comradeship and acceptance here..Like i said, everybody is completely supportive..
Its just so many peep seem to now have reached goal/ near goal, and those of us still far off target seem to be - hehe! - very thin on the ground!
Its very inspiring and encouraging to read everybod's success stories But at times i DO get overwhelmed - my own fault completely - at how far i still have to go
I ' ll get there in the end..onwards and downwards! X :like:

Ps! Think we need an " I'm Still Fat" Tent! X
I do understand where you're coming from @CandiceMariebut don't put yourself down as you are already gorgeous just as you are and one cracking looking woman! :like: :like:
Aw shucks Cally, you're very kind! But like they say on the advert.." You should have gone to Specssavers" !
Candy I am one of with you still striving and a bit of a way to go, scales today said 'fast day for you girl' so I am in. That said I am proud of what I have achieved thus far, delighted at what I have learnt on this forum, so handy to be alb to check in and be inspired.

It is lovely to see how much fun the meet ups are. Who would have thought. We are all around the world and keeping on keeping on this way of life
