It doesn't bother me fasting in the heat. Who feels like cooking or eating when it is too hot anyway! Thankfully it isn't as hot in Sydney. At least there has been a slight breeze to make sleeping a bit easier. The poor cyclists are starting the tour downunder in South Australia this week. That won't be pleasant either. Ridiculous playing tennis in those temperatures!

I have no problems fasting in the heat. The only thing I found is that last night I went to bed starving, this morning I was up earlier than normal and ate a huge breakfast and I was still hungry afterwards. I don't think that has anthng to do with the heat, I think it is just one of the qwirky things that happens every so often when fasting. Some days are easier than others.

I am sure glad that the worst of the heat is over (well at least for now).
