The great brain experiment

This is a free gaming app produced by the welcome institute. It tests your ability to asses different situations. By playing games you are taking part in a huge science experiment. Your results are used by scientists in real research to find out how the brain works. Each game tests one aspect of your brain and you will see your score compared to other real life gamers. Plus you can improve your scores.
Have a go it's fun with a cause. As seen on the one show tonight on bbc one.

I was better at remembering the fats moving pics than taking risks. That just about sums me up. I go to newmarket races and come home with more than I went with and not because I'm a big winner.

I was good at the hearing and seeing. Not so good at the risk taking ones.

Thanks for that Caroline, passed the time

Great one girls. I'm not a gamer at all, but it's nice to share something which will benefit science.

I have my first mobile device and starting to get to terms with it. This has been added, with help from my youngest in how to do it. Up to now I hadn't bothered with mobile devices because I was forever losing, not charging or not topping up my phones. But a tablet I can handle.
