Hi , I would agreed that he (Mercola )sells a lot of stuff online and that always raises concerns but he cannot manufacture research .He does raise many interesting points and Of course he is just one of many who are raising these same concerns. We cant fix everything because most of it is outside our abiltiy to do so , all we can do is alter the way we do things in our own lives and those who are close to us.
Of course i and others realise that 'natural' dosnt nesecarily equate to non toxic. That is where we have to educate ourselves as best we can.

Well, but cherry-picking studies, cherry-picking partial results, misrepresenting results, just to mention a few, and completely ignoring scientific standards like the "hierarchy of evidence" (i.e. certain study designs are more reliable than others, animal studies can not be extrapolated to humans, preliminary studies are not evidence, and always check conflict of interest and funding) is something he does very well.

"The pattern of Mercola’s writings is clear. Any bit of information, no matter how flawed, preliminary, or tenuous, that suggests a fear about mainstream medicine he promotes as if it is a proven fact. He also follows the same pattern with any pre-clinical or preliminary evidence that suggests a possible role of any food or supplement in the prevention or treatment of a disease. In the absence of well-designed clinical trials, he happily extrapolates from this preliminary evidence to sell specific products with health claims."
