I was walking near a major intersection and I saw this car stopped in the middle of intersection- it was already into a red light. Cars in the other direction avoided him. He had no space to back up- the previous car was past the line. He didn't move or move the car when the other car backed up a bit so I thought he was asleep and then it changed to green and then I knew he was not awake. Being in Japan, noone honked him or other tried to get his attention so I shouted at him (fortunately one window was a fraction open) across one lane of traffic- "Wake Up You're in a Kousatten (intersection in Japanese) Idiot". I could see a small human shape behind him- his child I think. He woke up and turned and drove down the road.
