How To Cope With "Normal"
18 Apr 2013, 06:48
It's been a goodly number of years since my weight was "normal". At the time I was scared and angry at the male attention and I now honestly think that is one reason I put on the pounds.

Now many years later I find I'm looking forward to "normal", I'm starting to get remarks from people at work saying I look slimmer and I'm okay with it, my work uniform is baggy and next week will have to be replaced, just about one size down and quite noticable.

So, how do you think you will cope ? Are you making plans or taking it one LB at a time ?

I'm taking one pound at a time approach cos I still can't believe in my head that at last this will work ..even though it is working. Well done to you Bee, the thought of actually buying a size smaller clothing would be such an exciting time, what a great feeling that would be. Enjoy the positive comments you deserve it :like:

Well done ! It's funny as before I got married two years ago I lost 4 stone and males who hadnt even acknowledged me at work before would say hello and smile. I think it's pretty shallow to be honest!
