Thanks

They're apparently coming in "winter 2013" and are $120. http://www.fitbit.com/au/flex

I use my bike for transport a lot, so don't mind if it adds some steps for that!

Hi Debbief,

Just wondered whether you got your Fitbit Zip, and if so, how you're getting on with it? I'd love to get one but am hoping for some feedback before I take the plunge!

I've been using my fitbit for about a week. I LOVE IT! It keeps me honest with my food and exercise. I've joined up with some friends and we are having friendly competitions to keep us all motivated. It's awesome :)

I have been looking into the Fitbit for a while now. Haven;'t gotten one yet, because I know I won;'t take the time to log my calories. But the steps and the sleep aspect interest me. Any feedback about that? Is it worth it?

Hi yes i bought a fitbit zip from ebay 10 days ago for £28 new in box- its fantastic- mine is black which I like because it blends in with clothes, its really easy to set up and link with my fitness pal, saying that I havent lost any weight this week but thats down to my snacking  Never mind Ive 4 weeks till holiday so 'I must not snack '

Thanks all. Definitely one step closer to getting one (pun intended - best I can do at 8am!) :)

I have a fitbit zip and I absolutely love it. It has motivated me so much to be more active and to be aware of how many calories a day I burn. It doesn't track sleep or stairs like the One but is a lot cheaper (£30 odd on Amazon now).

I started using it before 5:2 and continue to do so. My goal
Is to walk 15,000 steps a day which works out about 6 miles and for me burns around 2000 calories. I feel like I haven't moved enough unless I reach those goals and would really feel lost without it now.

If I had the money, I would get the One rather than the flex as I like to see a display on the gadget rather than waiting to get to my phone or computer.

I really recommend anyone getting one :)
