and loads to catch up on

Hopefully my holiday wont have done too much damage to my efforts. We only ate fruit and omlettes for breakfast and then an evening meal usually a salad and some fish and rice but a couple of pizzas crept in somehow and rather a lot of Cerveza's :oops:

will try and wait till my normal weigh day before the scales and that way can get one fast in too

hope everyone has had a good couple of weeks - off to try and read all now
