I take probiotic with prebiotic (Boots own & they've included Calcium in them too now) capsules daily for a few years now, 1 a day. I've tried coming off them but I get the bloating & pain back again if I don't take them. I started by taking the yoghurt drink ones & noticed an improvement of lessoning bloating. I went onto the capsules after working out they were slightly cheaper & no calories. So I take them to help my naturally sluggish transit.
