Good to have you back.
How did the move go?
Is DD enjoying the new school? X
Let's try again. Now I've got internet I can't seem to find the time to get on here :(
Thanks everyone it's good to be back, I've missed you all (how weird is that haha, I'm sat at me computer telling people I don't really know that I've missed them, and it's true, oh dear, do I need help? )
Anyway I've moved in now and everything is great. Still got quite a bit of stuff at the old house as we want to stay in the village this weekend, it's fiesta and we don't want to miss all the fun :) .
DD loves her new school and has made lots of friends, yeah!!! now I can relax. They didn't even know she was english haha until she told them why she 's taking french class instead of english. She's got a strong accent from the village so they didn't have a clue.
We're enjoying cycling to school every day, I'm doing about 10 miles a day (weekdays) on the bike and loving it.
As for fasting... urmmm... well... I have tried. Last week I did mon/tues/friday -ish I got to about 3:45 and then I just ended up eating with DD. I felt like I really needed something after the 2nd/3rd bike ride of the day. Then the same thing happened this week on monday. I'm going to try for a real 500cal fast on friday. As for my weight I haven't got a clue. I left the scales at the other house so haven't weighed since I went off line. I really don't know what they will say next time I step on them. I haven't done a real fast so it could be bad, but I have been doing MUCH more activity so it could be good or because of the activity it could be bad, who knows. Just got to keep my fingers crossed. My clothes are feeling looser though so that's a good sign but as we know that could still mean I've gained weight. It is what it is, it will be nice if the scales are nice to me but it's not the end of the world if they're not, we have a love hate relationship. I've made one hell off a life change by moving here and the life style here can only mean a healthier future for me and my DD, very happy about that.

@Karenm I read your posts. Hope Ka is on the mend again and the op was a success. Sending her and all of you lot's of love. Sorry I wasn't around to support you hun, when you were in the hospital and Ka was asleep. Wish I could have sent you a lovely meal. Hope things are getting back to normal for you now. Stay strong hun, you really are one hell of a mother/wife/woman, you put us lot to shame.
Woohoooo! Hallooooo again! Sounds good, new challenge, new life :0)
I'm so pleased DD is making friends. How about you?
We are seeing the surgeon next wed in Plymouth (couple of hours away). I'm really hoping things have continued to go well.
Missed you
What do you mean, you don't know us! We know you! This is where I pour out my heart and soul. You know me better than most people!
haha @sallyo, it's the first time I've got to know people on line. I know it's the future, I just never thought it would be me. So glad it is, I'm lucky to have you all :) would love to meet some of you one day but can't see that happening as we're all dotted around the globe :(. Who knows, things are moving so fast, we could all be teleporting in a few years :) you could pop over for afternoon tea (p.s. bring a damper, yummm! :) )

I'm just happy being out of the village @karenm, with a bit of luck a social life for me will happen in time. The main thing is DD has settled in, it's going to be a great place for her to spend her teen years. Hope all goes well in Plymouth and that Ka's pain is under control. How's your back now hun? Feeling better I hope. Look after yourself too x
