Thanks, Tracieknits . Love Mother Jones & the article was interesting, even more so the comments below it. We are all so passionate about what/how we eat. Makes for good reading.
I actually had no idea that (good, real, artisan) bread was healthier than plain wheat! I thought that something like steamed wheat berries would be healthier because it's less processed. Interesting about our assumptions, huh?

I think I'm actually going to think about making some homemade sourdough this week :-)

Thank you! I have been working my way up to 10K/day - and I plan to stay here for a good long time :-) I definitely like what it does for my TDEE and my daily macaron allowance ;-)
Paleo leanings fit well with this WOE. For all sorts of reasons, I'll go read the article...
