We have made lovely pizzas this week. Warburtons sandwich thins, split open and topped with Napolina pizza topping, grated mozzarella, pepperoni and sliced tomato. Cooked on a baking sheet for 6-9 minutes. Don't know what the calorie count is but can't be as bad as a whole pizza. Looking forward to making more with different toppings.
I thought @Moogie might be interested in this idea as I know you were asking about Warburtons thins recently. First time I have had them, so don't know what they're like any other way.
