Holy Guacamole
19 Jul 2013, 18:00
Hi guys, Its been ages since I posted. I've been dealing with selling my flat and all sorts of other stresses, and also, I've been feeling deflated about stuff recently and haven't really felt like posting.

In any case, I have blogged my recipe for guacamole. It's not massively low cal - I wouldn't eat it on a fasting day, but avocados are really really good for you, and I often make this on feed days.

In any case, give it a try, it's very very simple and yummy.

Love avocados - sounds delish and like the authentic stuff you get in Mexico, no need for mayonnaise, cream, sour cream etc. Once I tasted it with salad cream added, NOT nice!

I think in Mexico they often add a little ajo (garlic)and cebolla(onion). And, often/mostly they depend on the salsa that you eat it with to provide the spicy kick. It is awesome!

And you are awesome for posting it! I love your recipes.
