Just a quick update today as unfortunately I've got a big pile of work to get through (yes, this evening too :( ) but thought you'd all like to know that you can now enter your activity level in your progress tracker settings page - the TDEE calculation will be based on your selection. By default it is set to sedentary, so if you do more than me (ie actually get off your backside from time to time, lol) please do update your settings to get a more accurate TDEE reading.
Wow Moogie, that's great! Thanks so much!
Thank you so much Moogie. hope your work gets finished quickly. Xx
Am done with work for tonight thankfully and have had time to make tracker stat adjustments as per various members requests :) Going to get away from my desk now but hopefully in the next couple of days I'll have time for a couple more additions I've had on the list for a while!
you are a wonder Moogie, thank you very much
Thank you that is useful. I'm finding since starting my B&B I'm much more active. It's not exactly sports but changing rooms, beds, up and down stairs a million times is definitely exercise!
I've been a little out of it for a few weeks and saw this activity level setting and the straight line curve-fit trendline thingy you did with the tracker. Well done!

This is good stuff. :-)
