Got straight on this morning.

5:2 Aug to Dec 2013 : Fast-5 Jan 2014 - Dec 2016: OMAD Jan 2017 - present
Maintained from 07/07/2014 with Fast-5/OMAD and lower carb.
No GPS - grains, sugars or potatoes
Not one calorie counted.

Hi @Moogie Not ignoring you I've just been away for a week. I use windows 10 on a desktop PC to access the forum

Fasting on Mondays and Wednesdays, Lil x
My method: Basic 5:2
My fasting buddy is clairemarie
