If, like me, you like to spread your 500 fast calories throughout the day, you need something tasty for around 200 calories in the evening.
Here's what I'm having tonight. Cals from My Fitness Pal.

A tin of drained Tuna in brine 147 cals
100g of mashed celariac 28 cals
Spring onion 5 cals
30g capers, drained/rinsed 8 cals
188 cals

mix well together, season and fry in Sray oil.
Serve with a leafy salad.

Edited to say a dash or two of Tabasco works well in there, too ;)
