I've made an exciting discovery which I feel ought to be shared... it's preserved lemons. I've always been a fan but since starting the 5:2 diet a couple of weeks ago they've been my go to ingredient on more than one occasion.

They just pack so much flavour and are pretty low in calories (A 1/4 of a lemon is only 10 calories). They're fairly pricey in the shops but I make my own so they're actually a fairly cheap condiment.
