I am 3 pounds off my target and am considering trying to lose a little more once I'm there. Is there any way of changing, or adding a new goal weight?
Additionally. some people like to set themselves interim targets, particularly if they have a long way to go in their weight-loss journey, and I wondered if there is any way that this could be displayed on their Progress Tracker, as they could find it very encouraging?
I have lost 20 lb in 19 weeks (despite a two-week holiday gain of 9 pounds part-way through!) and love this WOE, this forum, the blessed Moogie for creating it in the first place, and the moderators for helping her to keep it running so smoothly !
