In a similar vein, the chef on 'Lorraine' (9.00am ITV1 March 17 2014) today cooked chilli con carne using minced turkey and cauliflower 'rice' which he said came out at about 350 calories per serving. A nice recipe for us 5:2 folk?
It's probably on youtube.

I love turkey mince. It doesn't look so appealing though as it doesn't brown like beef.will take a little look at the recipe thanks for that. I've never done cauliflower rice that's one for me to master yet.
I've just downloaded it on catchup.
