I tried this for this week on my fast days (my 2nd week on 5.2) they are 120cals and filled me up for most of the day. Anyone else?

There has been some discussion on this elsewhere,. Some food purists don't like them as they aren't 'real' food but I have found them to be handy every now and again and am having one tonight. Whatever works for you I would think!
It's just that to reduce IGF1 and hopefully reduce the risk of cancer and other conditions associated with growth factors protein intake it's best restricted to under 0.8g/kg body weight which is a little more than you need for repair but not too much! Works out at around 60g protein per day for a 70kg person. There is a long thread about protein in the nerdy stuff section!
