So, by this i mean there a certain food I CANT eat and another i wont eat.

Anything tomato - I cannot eat, it gives me IBS, so anything involving tomatos is a total no go, which is hard when alot of stuff uses toms to flavour, add as extra etc

Fish - I've had some bad experiences with fish, so now just the smell of it makes me want to hurl!

So, with those rather big restrictions, what is there i can make myself for meals? Just having chicken and salad will get boring, so need some ideas cos im the least inventfull[sp] when it comes to food.

I need to learn to plan and buy in advance, so this is me starting now, to find meals for my fast days this week so I can sort it all in advance and be prepared
Cheese omelette. Small (100g) steak and salad or veg.

Your restrictions are tiny compared with some people :-)
dont tell me cheese omlette haha i cant have an omlette unless its coated in cheese, i've even tried herby ones, smokey meats etc i just find omlettes....too eggy! haha

Yeah, but fish and toms make up a huge load of dishes!
Have you checked out the recipes in the Fast Diet book?
The lentil dahl is yummy (and no tomatoes).
You could try turkey instead of chicken (I got a Turkey crown recently which made a nice change).
Lean bacon.
Walnut whips
O my goodness hundreds of things....! I've just made a reduced fat sausage casarole with loads of veg, stock sage and balsamic vinegar and a little flour to thicken came in at around 300 calories per portion..

Also enjoy -lean ham and salad
- chicken Brest stuffed with a little pesto and steamed veg
- dry fried egg on toast
- Punnet of raspberries with total 0% Greek yogurt and a few toasted almonds

Goodness I could go on forever! I've been following slimming world for 4 years so I'm used to cooking low cal... Slimming club website often have free sections with good recipe ideas.
Used to slimming world, my mum used to run a club! haha but neither of us have found it helpfull since she stopped and started attending as a member, i find im paying to either stay the same or put on weight.

LastChance - I never thought of turke, im gonna have too look into that, Lentil dahl, not my kinda thing but me mum loves it! haha is the lean bacon that low in calories?

Fruit Cake - sausage cassarole? I need the recipee for this please, even my parents would eat that!
As long as you keep the portion sizes small you can have any meat. Stir fried/oven-roasted veg doesn't have to include tomatoes!
here you go..less of a recipe more an explination coz i cant remember the exact quantities i used now. i did work out all the calories in everything, sorry i cant remember them now. Tescos do a healthy choices cumberland sausage. 155 calories for two. I dry fried them to brown them a little. added a 1/2 bag of frozen casarole veg (carrots, baby onions, swede, celery) stirred in a tablespoon of flour and a healthy sprinkling of sage. mixed up beef stock from a cube with a couple of glugs of balsamic vinegar. cooked it all up till the veg was soft, sauce thickened and the sausages cooked through.

i have lost with slimming world, but was beginning to struggle a bit after my last baby. really glad of a change! enjoying this so far! having restricted myself so much everyday for so long this feels like such a joy. have found it helpful that i'm used to cooking low cal for fast days.
