"Lemonade"

I drink a lot of water normally but in summer months find it refreshing to have something a little lemony. So I pick a heap of lemons, quarter them & chuck them in the freezer. Then I use a lemon quarter as an ice block in a glass of water. You can just keep adding water to your glass through the day to give every glass that lemony flavour. One quarter does me a whole day.

Thought this might help those who are trying to kick the sugar habit.

I'm lucky I've never liked fizzy drinks, so have never acquired a coke habit. ;)

That sounds refreshing, but on this freezing cold UK morning, I think I'll have a cup of tea!
Thanks for the idea.

Watch your teeth for acid erosion if you have too much lemon.

Oh I do wish I could have my own lemon tree in the garden! Jealous!
