You'll be fine. I save my calories for the evening, have fizzy water and green tea all day and a cup of bovril around lunch time. I usually cook chicken or fish with lots of veg, especially spinach but now the warmer weather is here I will change to salad.
We were in a hurry the other night so had a ready cooked salmon fillet with salad. Haven't a clue what the calorie count was as I don't count calories, I just know that a meal like that is low. I sometimes have a 10 calorie jelly in the evening, then a cup of chai with a splash of 1% milk and a 40 calorie hot chocolate before bed. I find it amazingly easy and am losing 1lb or so a week.
Another good source for meal ideas is the BBC Good Food website, you can filter by calorie count, time etc, I use it all the time. I am sure there is a debate on here somewhere regarding the cost of ready meals and the fact that they are padded out with cheap starch so not cost effective, however, I think they are great if you don't want to weigh and count ingredients especially whilst you are getting used to this new WOE. I would certainly use ready meals for convenience. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
