Found this on the my fat secret site. It is really yummy. I serve it with oven roasted veggies (recipe to follow).
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 dash salt
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 x 4oz salmon steaks
Directions
Combine olive oil, fresh garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a small bowl.
Coat salmon fillet on both sides with mixture.
Bake salmon in a covered fish in the oven at 190 degrees C for about 10 mins or until the fish flakes.
