I didn't have ground coriander seeds, so instead of using the spices called for, I just used about 2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder and 1/2 tsp cayenne. It was very spicy!!
Because cooking while fasting is hard, I actually made it last night up to the point where you add the chick peas and spinach. Today I just had to heat it up and once it was simmering, I added the chick peas and spinach. I served it with 1/2 cup brown rice (about 110 calories).
it was really delicious and really satisfying - and I have room for the 1 cup of fresh raspberries I bought myself
