My initial reaction was 'yuck' but having looked at the link and seen Wildmissus' breakfast I may force myself to get over my natural reluctance to put an egg in porridge. I mix eggs in with all sorts of other different foods so why not porridge? Watch this space......

I've tried stirring an egg into my porridge a few times since reading this and I'm totally converted! I typically add frozen berries to my porridge during cooking and the egg didn't really impact on the flavour at all. Texture wise it made it more creamy textured which to me was a good thing. Great article!
