Ok Dhana I voted.
Voted. I found it hard to choose too. I still haven't read much of Big Brother. Can't get into it and lack of time, going to try to set aside a few hours over the weekend.
Keep the votes coming in
This is such a fantastic idea!! I've just voted
Keep voting peeps! Only until Saturday night now ...!
I have just voted but several books look worth getting. Currently reading The Great Gatsby and it's easy to see why it's a classic. I read To Kill A Mocking Bird a few years ago but didn't enjoy it so would give that one a negative vote.
Is Schindler's Ark the same as Schindler's List? (Same author - wonder if there are different titles for across the pond!) Thanks.
Yes it is the same book. Title changed when they brought out the film. I don't expect it to be chosen but it was such a remarkable story that I couldn't bring myself to watch the film when it came out.
Just bumping this one up - last day! And neck and neck for 2 books!
You lot certainly know how to keep a peep on the edge of the seat!

Thanks to everyone who voted - all 33 of you!
It was a very close run thing, with only one vote between the top two, and only two between the top four.
The winning title is The Beginner's Goodbye by Anne Tyler, closely followed by The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith (aka JK Rowling) - I'm going to suggest that the JK Rowling be our November book, as it was so close in the end.
Will open the thread for Big Brother tomorrow ... Looking forward to hearing what everyone thinks! And watch this space for the unexpected little something ...
Love Silverdarling, dhana and Minsmum - the Gang of Three

Oh how exciting! Thank you for setting this up
I have just bought the new book for my kindle, and have a little of Big Brother to finish as well. (Wish there was more time for reading!)

Just downloaded. Really enjoying getting different ideas on books to read.
Thanks for running this Wineoclock
I see that I was the only one who voted for The Road Between Us. I hadn't heard of it before you posted the list but I downloaded a sample onto my kindle and have enjoyed it so far.
I like Anne Tyler so will download the winner. I didn't fancy Cuckoo's calling so I am pleased that it was pipped at the post.
Happy reading everyone
