A very good read
20 May 2014, 19:23
Don't think this fit into the book club, so I start anew.
Just finished Matthiew Reilly's latest "The Tournament" and my that one is a good read in the not-so-very-litterary field. I read "the Temple" way back when it came out and that was one exiting suspense novel This one is about Elisabeth 1 when she was only 13 (and not a queen obviously) and her trip with her teacher to Turkey and I think I finished it in4 days (not bad for me nowadays). Kind of funny, cause the book I read before this was about Elisabeth 1 and that she wasn't a she but a he

Of to bed to read a Swedish novel for a change :)

And no this isn't a Swedish book at all LOL.

Thanks Wolfie, I was looking for a good book!

Any Swedish book recommendations? I like to read in Swedish from time to time but I never know which authors to choose...

I agree Wolfie it's a really good read. I've read all his books but my favourite is his first Contest.

Fredrik Backman: En man som heter Ove. Absolutely wonderful in many aspects, you fret, you cry and smile. It's the only book ever that had my LOL in bed to The DHs big surprise. Luckily for all English only persons, the translation will be out in July (or was it August?).
