Beware - this is habit forming!

I think I'm becoming a forum addict!

I seem to be here on and off most of the day, so many interesting and delightful posts to read, will I ever get through them all?

This is something I hadn't considered when I joined you. Some days my little dog has to wait until nearly lunchtime for her morning walk while I'm sitting here pouring over the latest messages surrounded by mess and untidiness, piles of washing up in the kitchen, not even dressed!

Is this just an excuse to sit around and forget about the dreaded housework? Does anyone else have this 'problem'? Not really a problem as I'm enjoying it!!

Me, I have the same problem. In fact I am here, right now, obviously when I should be getting this house scrubbed. The lads have gone away for the weekend so its clear out and scrub down whilst they are gone. One question though, how is it that a bloke cannot see the dirty socks under their bed etc. yet have the cheek to moan about not having socks to wear. I now have 14 pairs of sock and 5 odd socks on the washing line.
Ha ha Yes this is the first post I have read today after logging on. A free day today and I have lots of things I could be doing but...I'm sitting here instead.

You know you have to worry when you get withdrawal symptoms when you've not logged on for a day or two! I'm not quite at that stage yet but it is very addictive - always something new to see!
Yes particularly on a fasting day when it helps distract from feeling hungry & you just have to check out how everyone is doing. I will slap myself on the wrist & attack the pile of shirts that still need ironing
Me too as I find myself falling behing my other addiction words with friends scrabble.
Me too! I'm at work and just have it running on my computer in the background so I can sneak a quick peek when no-one's looking! No-one at work knows I'm doing this so it's great to have like minded folks to chat to during the day
I must be obvious from the amount of rubbish I post on here just addicted I've become, can't even go on holiday or out for lunch without yak, yak, yakin' about to you all but the thing is, I absolutely love reading about all your lives as well. Addicted, moi? You bet I am

Ballerina x
Do you believe I was thinking this very notion, I put the pc in sleep mode, cause I can't bear to not check the latest posts. It is my addiction, I was imagining making post about it, glad you did, so I can fess up too
An iPad does wonders for accessibility in case anyone needs that small titbit
I'm hooked too - Ballerina did I miss your promised birthday lunch report?

The forum is especially good to browse in the last hour before I can decently expect my family to be ready for dinner on a Fast day.

By the way did you all know it is Pinot Noir week ? Not that I've been able to find any confirmation of this but our local foodie pub is having a weekend event to celebrate. It would be rude not to go don't you think?
My name is Wineoclock and I'm addicted to this forum. Who wouldn't be addicted with such a wonderful zany bunch of people.
The forum is pined so, as long as my browser is open, even if I don't look at it, I am here...

Lol Wineoclock, I was going to post the same thing, well not quite the same since my name is Betsy not Wineoclock.
Must be all that MSG I sprinkle on the forums each morning :)
