Hello. My name is Clare and I'm addicted to the 5:2 forum :lol:
Hello, my name is Wendy, and I'm starting a three step program.

1. Get to my goal weight with all the browsing I need (ahem...want).

2. Switch to 6:1 for maintenance.

3. Switch to 6:1 for browsing. That means checking in on Tuesday to update the tracker and check out the action on the forum (posting and responding as appropriate). Log off. Repeat in a week.

I had actually decided this before this thread popped up. I really need to be exercising more. And doing a lot of other things on my lengthy to do list. I've never had food or drug or alcohol addictions, but I do have a tendency toward stuff like word game addictions. This forum browsing thing seems to be related.

We shall see how I do with both #2 and #3 (not too worried about completing #1 - doing pretty well).

Forum fasts may actually be tougher than food fasts :smile:
