Can't. Drag. Myself. Away!!!

Now listen you lot, can you stop posting such interesting stuff!!! I really need to get on with some work!

Every time I open up the Word document of the manuscript I am supposed to be writing, I take one look and then click back to the forum to see what new posts have been written.

OK, I'm going to do it, yes, really....you have permission to send me away if I resurface here in the next couple of hours!!!

Going

Going

Gone???
LOL, same problem here, I'm supposed to be writing the proposal for my masters dissertation, I have to hand it in in one week, I have three days next week where my children will be at home and I can't work, I've barely started so I'm really behind...and what am I doing? Reading random posts of course :o
Ha ha luckily my wifi and internet at work is rubbish on my phone so can't do 8.30 -2.45 mon to thurs. But make up for it when I get home and fri to sun. Now must get on with the house work.
I am lunch break, so time to catch up on the mornings posts :)

I am finding myself on here more and more and posting !!
Me too. Am in a lunch break at a Pod coffee shop in London eating a protein pod and wondering if I have time to catch up with everything
Haha, I keep finding the same thing but by the time I finish reading I realise just how much time has gone and can't take time to reply (tight deadline at work, but also have forum addiction ;)). Now it's lunchtime but I find myself so behind I need to work through it!!
And I can't drag myself off to bed! It's nearly midnight and I just have to have one more look before I go!
I'm addicted....I'm addicted.....I'm addicted! Difficult not to visit at all times of the day because you're all 'like minded' and other people in my life are not....trying hard to re-educate hubby....he's doing quite well really and has done this with me, but he slips off the band wagon a bit at times. Got to be strict with him! Tried to get him to post on the Christmas club , but he won't!
Drags self away from this thread......
I haven't really been here since Tuesday night until this morning, and in only 2 small days I am drowning under the topics I have missed. The "active topics" page is open all day and all night long, just have to refresh the page to know exactly how doomed I am
 What a sad lot !!!   we are

Done the food shop had a feta salad for lunch what else could be more interesting  Sue.
Taken 2 days to do my monthly paperwork due to looking in here oh so randomly often!

Going into the sun

Now
Always the first thing I look at in the morning and the last thing at night. I pop in and out of here all day, why? ....because it's the best place to be!!!!
Phew! Manuscript finished and sent off to client! I can browse the forum without guilt!!!
Would it help if we suggest to use the 5:2 strategy: two days of 'forum fasting', combined with 16:8
