Re: fitbit flex - yes or no?

Wow SianS that is fantastic. I would seriously love to be able to do that.

I had a rubbish day yesterday just made the 10,000 mark which is not good at all for me. I would like to hit 15,000 today. I think my fitbit week runs from Sunday to Sunday. Is that the same with everyone else's?

Have a great day everyone :)

Einatbl & SianS

Thank you for the explanation, advice/info. I now feel an expense coming on! The saving on the food bill should help in this regard. Thanks again, happy 5:2-ing, Ginge

Having read all of your posts. (Hilarious and informative) I am now getting a One. Thanks and I look forward to joining the group when I get it.

Hi I've had a One since last December and I LOVE it! it really does help to motivate you to be more active. I clip it to the centre of my bra and have only very occasionally forgotten it.

I've not been very good this week - struggling even to hit 10,000 steps most days. The weather is rubbish which makes it difficult to get out for a walk at lunchtime, though I persevered in the rain yesterday and just walked around a grovery store when I wanted to stay sheltered. It's also hard to sync as I can only do it with my laptop and it takes ages to crank up. I had noticed my broadband speed on my iPad was really slow so I decided to turn the laptop off when I'm not working from home. Can't wait to get an iPhone so I can keep it synced. But I have been recording with it every day, my sleep as well.
