Why were you not listed as being the birthday girl today? The first thing I do every morning is look to see who's having a special day and there was no one listed this morning or I would have started this thread off but pleased to see that Eagle eyed Callyanna spotted it on another thread so,

I'm having a lovely day - actually, a lovely weekend as my oldest arrived home from uni as a surprise on Friday evening. We went out to dinner with the whole family plus my parents last night (deeeelicious!) and today, I am banned from the kitchen but have already enjoyed toast prepared by my youngest!

2018 Goals Goal Weight: 145 Starting Weight: 174.4 (Jan 2) Current Weight: 168.1 (Jul 16)
1) Eating windows - between 12-8, M-F.
2) NO SWEETS - 6-7 days a week. (Sugar <= 50 g)
3) Calories <= 1100 M-F, 1500 S/S
4) Carbs under 100g M-F, 150 S/S
4) 6-7 glasses water/tea per day
5) Exercise - 10,000 steps a day + an hour of "real" exercise 3X per week.

When you first log on, you are on the 'home page' and if you scroll to the bottom there is a list of who is logged on and also whose birthday it is. If you glance over to the right, it also tells you how members have now signed up. Hope this helps @cblasz
