Thank you all for the birthday wishes! :grin:

I ate the chocolates and drank a very large glass of a very good red wine - plus had long chats on the phone with my daughters, one in Madrid, Spain, and the other in Bielefeld, Germany. What a lovely day! :smile:

Today I am fasting! :wink:

Maintaining at 147 pounds (in theory)!

The 2017 Christmas Challenge is gone but my aims remain the same! They are:-
1. Remain on track to get back to my target weight of 147 pounds
2. Get at least twenty minutes of walking, on at least five days per week
3. Allow myself only one 'sweet treat' on non-fasting days.
4. Cook dinner 'from scratch' at least five days per week

Dexa scan reports that I have low skeletal muscle mass and I'm categorised as sarcopenic, despite my age and fitness activities: body composition changed from 42% body fat at 127lbs to 20% at 103lbs.
