Well done wildermiss :heart: yes I've been trying to get my sister on this WOL but she doesn't fancy calorie counting. ( 2 bloody days ) well don't we all guesstimate after a while, but a few days ago there were more questions as well now you'd have to have serious sight problems not to notice my different shape/size :heart: :heart: well i explained yet again exactly what I do, a little interested, I do so wish she would give it one month because she's by no means as overweight as I am now so it would probably be off for the end of the year, I'm not giving up that easy so maybe I can goad her into a challenge. :clover: Sue

Hi Wildmissus well now my sister has joined in the sibling rivalry Yes after many week of me asking/goading and basically showing off my new shape+ size she's no doing it :like: but she has said that she thinks I've lost mine '' to quick '' oh no deffo I haven't!! I pointed out how many weeks I've done / how many lbs told her its 1 lb per week I'm doing 4:3 and averages out about 1.5 lbs weekly, think she'd forgotten how long it was for me because of my holiday close to the beginning and I see her very often and in the last 4wks it seems to have''sunk in '' with her, but I've probably got twice as much weight to lose so no battle on with us really but I'm pleased she has seen the light. Well done Sue......there is no better support than two sisters helping each other along. BTW, my sisters name is Susan!
Maybe a bit more in common then eh, as mine is a little more ''wild '' than me + that's what I thought your avatar said at first. Lol
But we are going on holiday together in 5 weeks so maybe I could try the same as you and get a free fish spa or similar, would have to make sure I win and a she's new to it she'll lose easier + quicker than me but I've got more staying power deffo, the race begins :heart: Sue
