Thankyou all for your continued thoughts. Hey @Wineoclock . thanks for your concern. How are you? Did you leave the mountain? We did. Hubs stayed home ready to protect and defend ( boy job) and the kids and I visited all 4 grandparenypts on 3 different stops in Sydney so we had a really nice day but happy to get the news that we could come home.
I'm good thanks Julianna. I stayed and hubby stayed home to clean out the gutters - nothing like leaving it to the last minute. I'm a bit annoyed at some of the overreactions from some places (not the RFS). I was getting a particular stream on FB from some page that was almost predicting Armageddon. I'm not denying the seriousness of the situation but panic is not a good thing to incite.
More importantly all went well so fingers crossed things stay that way.

I had coffee with a friend yesterday, I knew her sister lives nr Sydney, apparently it's Winmalee. I think that's towards you guys. Thinking of you all. It must be very annoying to have people spreading even more worry than you already have- it is so counter productive.
