Some horror?
07 Mar 2014, 12:38
If you are into horror movies and haven't seen it - see The Conjurer. John and his friends watched it on Wednesday evening with screams and iiiiiii and some of the guys didn't even want to walk home alone afterwards.

Me and The DH watched it last night and honestly - I screamed every now and then and was happy that Arwen was in a good mood, so I could lay with my head on her rump   while cuddling her. And yeah, my mom was right - I shouldn't see such movies cause I get nightmares every time

Who's Arwen?!

Anyway, thanks for the tip @Wolfie I love horror films, although I'm always disappointed that they don't scare me. Is The Conjurer available on Netflix do you know?

I remember being terrified of Blair Witch and the journey home was pretty scary! I've also been scared of swimming in the sea since watching Jaws. I'm sure I'm not alone with that, though.

Bean

Bean- Arwen is my youngest (9 in May) Rhodesian Ridgeback girl and quite the private one ;)
We don't have Netflix since The DH is a movie buff so we still (?) get the DVDs and Blu-Rays.
Insidious is also a good horror flick, at least the first, don't think I have seen the II. And that one with Michael J Fox and Catherine Z Jones...Frighteners?

Before The Dh I neeeever watched horror movies ;)

I hear 'The Ring' and 'Wolf Creek' are really scary. Too scared to watch myself.

Blair Witch is particularly scary for solitary ramblers; not the witches or the strange noises camping at night (don't do that) but the idea of following an Ordinance Survey map completely correctly and ending back where you were a few hours ago.

Yes The Ring is frightening, though make sure you see the original Japanese and not the Pointless Hollywood Remake (whole new thread there).
