Very happy household here. Daughter just landed her first full time job. Took a little while but it's happened. So drinks for everyone!!!!!

Well done to you daughter, hope she enjoys it. I know it's 5 o'clock somewhere but it's a no wine day for me.

My personal take on 5:2 is;
Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays 5:2 36 hours
Green tea all day then less than 500 calories in one meal in the evening.
16:8 all the other days, wey-hey at weekends and daily weighing
It worked for me sloooowly

congratulations. In the times that we live in landing a job is no easy thing. 
Thanks everyone. DD isn't much of a drinker so I'm making chocolate fondants in celebration (sorry if your fasting!). We had to wait all day for the news so was a bit tense here today. Think I will go open that red wine now. Glad I'm not fasting today.

Lovely news for your girl. Best wishes for your daughter for a fulfilling and interesting working life doing what she loves. I think I drank too much on the other thread but I could easily accept a choc fondant
Alexandra my son is at Uni on Winter break here. No job so hanging about doing not much. They get to a time when their too old to get casual work. It hard for their self esteem!!
