I planned to do 4:3 instead 5:2 during Lent. But I'm too scared to tire my body then when I'll go back 5:2 I will gain weight :? or don't lose any. I've done so many diets that my body had enough. I love 5:2. Dunno what to decide.
Maybe just choose to give up a food for lent? Even if it's only giving it up for your fast days. I still have carbs on my fast days but I might try to give up carbs on fast days for lent....

That said, even thinking about giving something up for lent makes me want it more! I think 5:2 has taught me that giving up on things completely has a bad effect on my eating habits. Maybe it's not such a good idea for me to give up a food.

Maybe I'll give up being lazy for lent and try HIIT or something! Or maybe I'll get out my legmaster!
Maybe I'll knit a scarf Maybe I'll clean my house every day Maybe I'll swear lol Maybe I'll write to someone I don't...one day to go b4 I decide.
I was thinking about this yesterday. As lent is associated with fasting, perhaps 4:3 might be the way to go. As I am booked to go to the Manor House Hotel where they give you 3 large meals a day for 4 days during half term, I think I might really need to do 4:3 anyway!!
