Re: Where in the world are you?

My home town is Geneva NY in the finger lakes region of upstate: http://www.fingerlakes.com/ We now live in a larger small city in the Finger Lakes. OH is from Brooklyn--you can still hear it in his voice after almost 60 years--people still beg him to slow down when speaking! (I like to think I've lost that Midwestern twang I grew up with) We've lived in different places before settling back in this area: New Jersey, Arizona, Oregon and British Columbia in Canada.

Well I'm born in Sweden with a Moroccan father and a Swedish mother. I'm married to a dane/islandic who used to live in Belgium and I used to live in England.

Today we have settled down in Sweden with my greek/czech/persian/danish/moroccan and swedish family.

Another Yorkshire girl here. I am originally from the lovely "Summer Wine" country in West Yorkshire but have moved a whole 30 mins away to South Yorkshire. Reading all the posts makes me think I have not been adventurous enough with my relocation plans!!!

Cincinnati, OH via Phoenix, AZ but originally a "Crazy Brit" as my American friends call me from Birmingham England.

I do miss being back home, especially the food, but I would not have met my Hubby and had my AMAZING lil' fella if I had not moved here

Another Aussie here, from Sydney. Currently we're having a bit of a cold snap, but sunny days, and no rain for ages - we need it!
