I was here earlier on my laptop and that was ok but on my i phone i am having problems with resizing and typing in the reply box. The banner is areal nuisance on i phone.
Finally made it but it's a shame that when you 'thank' a post you come back to the top of the page rather than the post you thanked, very confusing but then I always hate change, old fuddy duddy that I am

Ballerina x
Phew, I made it. Banner is actually blocking what I type on my Samsung tablet. Also the facebook pop up is driving me nuts and I've only just got here! I have had to hit "dont show again" 3 times already.

Another hater if change here!
Just realised that when posting a reply I cannot see what I've typed as the yellow banner covers everything but only on the 'Full Editor' option, also, you then have to find your submitted reply rather than it taking you there automatically

I'm in, at last I'm in!!! Was getting a bit panicky then.
I'm here.
Had a bit of a struggle logging in & changing password as mentioned in other thread but managed.
Oops just tried to add smiley & whole message disappeared under yellow banner - had to delete to see typing again.
Not sure about yellow banner but after a quick nosy around - so far very impressed with other aspects like all the new information so thanks to Moogie & the team for all their hard work.
I'm here on Chrome. I didn't like the recent upgrade to our email, but now I'm mostly used to it; so I suppose I'll get used to this, too.

Okay, now I'm going to explore a little.
I'm here via safari on iPad. It was a bit of a surprise to see all this newness and I am tired which is not helping. I logged in ok eventually but when I clicked on the links none of them opened. I found my way into the forum eventually. I know I'll get used to it but I am missing the familiarity of the old site. This is too hard for this time of night.
I'm here on Firefox. Haven't tried my android tablet yet. I'm not one for change either and I really don't like the aggressive yellow colour. I'm not fond either of mixing serif with sans serif fonts but I guess that's just me. On the whole I preferred the old set up. But I do appreciate all the work that goes into the forum and I'd hate to be without it! :like:
ps The facebook pop up seems to have given up so that's a good thing.
I am here now, not yet had a chance to explore. Have only tried Safari to login and that was fine. I am on an iPad, which is not ideal but practical for me.

Seems like others are reporting glitches - presumably also where carorees has told us to! - so hopefully they will be sorted soon.

Welcome back everyone!
I am on, but hard work!!!
Hubby thinks it looks like the Yellow Pages!
yes, agree with your OH, @Debs, I think it looks like the yellow pages too - they're pretty much defunct now, surely? It's not a pleasant colour on the eyes.

Hope they bring back the blogs, or at least send us a copy of our own work!!
Trying out posting now. AdBlockerPlus works great! The diet ads and Facebook ads were more than I could take. I'm on a Mac using Chrome, and all looks pretty good. Except the ubiquitous yellow, which is blinding, and the pale blue, which is actually a bit hard to see.
Don't like to be a debbie downer, but I'm struggling. Be interesting to see how the site traffic evolves over the coming days. @wendyjane. How do you deploy adblocker. The ads are driving me nuts.
Oh my goodness! That was a nightmare! Everything just kept hanging.

After half an hour, I have finally managed to get in with my iPad. It my second fast day after returning and am really going to need the forum today. Total panic set in :-o
