0.8 Loss This Week
22 Nov 2013, 15:08
Hi everyone,

After fasting on Monday & Thursday, I went from 187.6 to 186.8 pounds which is 0.8 loss which is about 4 ounces short of one pound.
Clearly a slow but sure loss.

I'll take it .

Thanks. True that a loss is a loss, however small and this is working.

I'm finally starting to see the numbers go down.
