Did my first week weigh in today and have lost just over 4lbs but I will round it down for the purposes of tracking.
Very pleased, I have been sticking to just under my TDEE in my feast days my fitness pal has been a god send.
I fasted Monday, Wednesday and Sunday this week as a kick start as I do need to lose weight aswell as adopt a healthier way of eating. I intend to stick to 5:2 as standard, and just see how I feel.
Enjoy so far though and no real side affects
