Exactly 28 days since I started. I had a hiccup 10 days in when my weight when back up after an initial loss and then it dropped again 10 days after that. In the last week, my weight loss of 2kg has been consistent over daily weigh-ins.
So, I've dropped exactly 2kgs in 28 days, which I'm really happy about. AND (big and) my jeans are looser. The tightest notch on my belt that I could fasten was pretty tight - now it's about how it should be...
