and a weight loss of 4.75 lbs. Really impressed with the 5:2, although I've probably done a 4:3 this week and not found it too arduous yet - it's just the planning side of things that is different and keeps you on your toes. so far so good!

That's a brilliant start and will be the motivation for you to carry you forward I've been doing 4:3 most of my weeks and also don't find it difficult at all, I just make sure they don't usually include
Friday to Sunday for obvious reasons.
