Maybe it's because I have started to keep a closer eye on calories on feed days too or that I am weighing myself at much more sensible points in the week but I think I've lost about 5lb now!
My scales weighed in at a magnificent 10st 9lb the other day and I haven't been that 'light' in years! But the more significant thing for me is a decrease in my body fat percentage to arounf 25% - so it's finally coming down!
I think I've also lost around an inch too.
I am keeping an eye on calories on eating days to make sure I try to stay in my 1800 per day and I did every day last week, except fast days are obviously 500 cals (ish) and have decided to have Sundays 'off' the counting. I need to keep my motivation up and Monday is a fast day anyway. Yesterday was my first day 'off' but I didn't eat to excess at all - I even couldn't finish my dinner!
So, all in all I do feel great and so glad the numbers are finally coming down!
