A bit happier this week

Maybe it's because I have started to keep a closer eye on calories on feed days too or that I am weighing myself at much more sensible points in the week but I think I've lost about 5lb now!

My scales weighed in at a magnificent 10st 9lb the other day and I haven't been that 'light' in years! But the more significant thing for me is a decrease in my body fat percentage to arounf 25% - so it's finally coming down!

I think I've also lost around an inch too.

I am keeping an eye on calories on eating days to make sure I try to stay in my 1800 per day and I did every day last week, except fast days are obviously 500 cals (ish) and have decided to have Sundays 'off' the counting. I need to keep my motivation up and Monday is a fast day anyway. Yesterday was my first day 'off' but I didn't eat to excess at all - I even couldn't finish my dinner!

So, all in all I do feel great and so glad the numbers are finally coming down!

Thanks for all your support last week - you knew sticking with it would work!

Glad you're feeling better and starting to see results - that's why this forum is really helpful, I think - people know it works and can support those who aren't sure yet. Congrats!

I think it must be wonderful to be 10 stone anything...but 10 stone 9? Thats just incredible! (said with French accent!) Well done @Lulu and keep up the good work

Ten stone anything...its prob thirty years since i weighed round nine,ten stone!
I dont expect to ever get back down that far..eleven,twelve wd do nicely for me
Well done for sticking it out and now reaping the rewards! X
