Delighted or Disappointed?

A "Delighted" post....
19 Sep 2013, 07:25
Been suffering insomnia through the nights following my fast days for the past month or so. I use the word "suffering" but I'm not really.... I don't feel extra tired during the day when I've been up from 2am so I'm fairly laid back about it and just accepting that my body wants to do this for a while. It's just a bit boring at times when I'm downstairs on my own for hours through the darkness.

Anyhoo..... yesterday marked a special day for me - I reached my three stone loss milestone so I was pretty proud of myself as it meant that I was only three pounds away from the target I'd set myself.

Well.... today I'm DELIGHTED because not only did I sleep through the whole night, but the scales tell me that I've lost ANOTHER pounds!

So only TWO pounds to target now....
