Any ideas why I've put on
05 Aug 2013, 17:18
My TDEE is 1577. I've eaten 500 on 2 fast days and between 1500 and 1600 on the other 5 days. My fitbit says I burn between 2300 and 2500 calories a day, (I am puppy walking a german shepherd puppy for the police so do between 4-5 hrs dog walking) so I should have lost this week as I've had a good calorie deficit.

But I've put 2lbs on. It not totm - haven't had one for nearly a year. Dont think its fluid retention as it hasn't been that hot, so I'm at a complete loss why I've gained.

Any ideas :frown:

Dislike bringing this up but it was my problem at on time. How are your bowels working?
